WE CARE ABOUT COFFEE.

At Gamma we care about the coffee we drink just as much as the bikes we build therefore partnering with somebody that is passionate about coffee was a no brainer. With this in mind we’ve partnered with Edinburgh based coffee roasters Santu Coffee. Below is what they have to say about the beans that we use:

“Santu Coffee is an Edinburgh roastery with a unique direct trade relationship with some of the best specialty coffee farmers in Brazil. The beans at Gamma are from the Tozi farm, run by Anacleto and Fabiano Tozi in the Caxixe Valley, Espirito Santo. Growing alongside the most biodiverse forest in the world, in a region with incredible variety in altitude and terroir, our coffee is a pulped process with a full-bodied chocolate and nut profile.”
